Nostalgic : The Doordarshan Era

Just two days back, early morning I was discussing with Jinesh Bhai, that something is changed through times , and we got ourselves disolved into the 10 years back era of Doordarshan(DD 1). Even though both of us are from diffrent backgrounds, diffrent place (Jinesh Bhai from Nausari, and I am from Orissa) , the realisation that we can connect each others childhood - teenage memories through the Television Medium ., Basically the Doordarshan Monopoly Era.

The Era was golden for us, as we had so many advertisements, serials, historical and educational programes like Bharat Ek Khoz -Based on Jawahar Lal Neherus Book, The Discovery Of India(The Book I recieved from UGC as the First Prize in a Quiz Competition in 1992), Surabhi(Renuka Sahni and Siddarth Kak), The Ramayana, The Mahabharata, Vikram Aur Betal, Mougli-Jungle Book, Malgudi Days, Bomkesh Bakshi, Dada Dadi Ki Kahaniyan, Giant Robot, Humara Bajaj.. Bland Bharat ki Buland Tasveer , And the National Integration Songs which , pop up nearly 7-10 times in a day. Most memorable one s are : Mile Sur mera Tumahara tau Sur bane tumahara, Baje Sargam Har taraf se Gunj Ban kar Trishna , Ek Anek Aur Ekta, Sun Sun Sun mere muni Sun ......Sara bharat yeh kahe pyar ki ganga bahe. And the Latest from Atal Bihari Bajpayee's Poem ... School Chale Hum.

Wrist Exercises for Tendinitis Carpel Tunnel Syndrome

For the Last few years I had experienced Carpel Tunnel Syndrome - Pain in the Wrist .  First Diagnosed at the D. Y Patil Hospital , Nerul, New Mumbai in 2005 and they have given me instructions , Excessive that closely relates to this Video.

Again from last month I felt the same Pain and fortunate to get rid of maximum relief with these exercises.

As Per the WebMEd Article the Wrist Pain is
" The median nerve, which controls sensation and movement in the thumb and first three fingers, runs through this passageway along with tendons to the fingers and thumb. When it's pinched or compressed, the result is numbness, tingling, weakness, or pain in the hand, called carpal tunnel syndrome." - See the Details here

Digital India ?

You have been into the Digital Era , since 1990's . Yes its true and the Digital India was more Brighter that Today.
You must be thinking that I am just Kidding . Yes your are Wrong Absolutely.
Think Of Indian Railway Digitization , 30 year Back (1987). It manages to Book 135 Crore Tickets on an Average per Year Now.  For the Last 30 Years there were no Banners (Spending Crores of Rupees to showcase Digital India word). We are using the Mighty Indian Railways Digital System since then,
We are Used to it. The Life line of India Goes on Serving Digital services , silently and diligently.
In late 1987, IR began using a computerized ticketing system. The system went online in 1995 to provide current information on status and availability.  Computerized tickets can be booked between any two points in the country. Tickets may also be booked on the Internet and via mobile phones for an additional fee.  -- Wikipedia Think of the Scenario with 256 kbps - 512 Kbps Speed Network Line of C…
